The album is an open window to Gorj folklore. We find in Gorj, as nowhere else, an unprecedented folkloric richness.
Another album dedicated to dance is the one titled “Jocuri si dansuri populare cu orchestra Doina Gorjului” (Folk dances and games with the Doina Gorjului orchestra) released by the RBA production house. The album contains 17 instrumental pieces – dances and games from almost all regions of the country.
